HCS4100 – Rapid Cure System (RCS)™
A quick, portable curing system developed with support from Kineticure, LLC and Cornerstone Research Group, Inc. (CRG). The patented Rapid Cure System (RCS)™ utilizes safe, localized heating methods to accelerate the cure of adhesive bonds, particularly in fastening applications (e.g. nutplates).
The Rapid Cure System’s multiple, independent control zones permit a single user to perform several installation operations concurrently, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
