HCS2010-41 – Thermocouple (Flat Cable)
Minimize mark-off on your composite repairs with the flat cable thermocouple, HCS2010-41. This type “J” thermocouple is designed to provide accurate temperature readings every time. This item is 12ft long and is wrapped in a high temperature flat Kapton® sheath for temperature and vacuum leak resistance. The thermocouple assembly also comes with a low profile micro-bead welded junction and plug.
- Temperature: Up to 500°F (260°C)

- BAC 5621 compliant
- Gauge: Flat thermocouple wire, equivalent to 28-gauge, laminated between layers of rugged polyimide tape
- The thickest point is less than 0.012 inch, which is four times thinner than the HCS2010-25 thermocouple wire
