HEATCON® offers both health care and dependent care spending accounts to enable employees to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

HEATCON® provides an Employee Assistance Program through a third party provider which offers short-term, confidential counseling and free legal advice for employees and their families at no out-of-pocket expense.
